GC-A120 crawler excavator is a heavy-duty engineering equipment integrating excavation, transportation and crushing functions. 14.8/16.8T weight with 6500mm×2000mm×2300mm robust body, taking into account the stability and adaptability of the operation. 45/55kw motor power drive, the loading capacity is up to ≈120m³/h, 25/35mpa rated working pressure provides strong power, dual-chain double-drive or single-chain single-drive scraper transportation mechanism with flexible excavation and unloading system, whether for large-scale mining, tunnel boring or heavy-duty roadway. Usage Scenarios
Large-scale mining operation: In deep mining, GC-A120 can easily cope with the inclined roadway with the super climbing ability of ≤25° and track design; the inner width of the track of 1100mm (can be widened) enhances the stability of the complex ground. The standard arm with 5300mm digging width and ≈120m³/h loading capacity can quickly clean up a large amount of slag after blasting, and the maximum material passing size of 800mm×780mm×700mm can easily deal with the large ore, and the double-speed walking of 2.15/3.8km/h can efficiently go back and forth to transport, which can guarantee the continuous advancement of the mining operation.
Long tunnel construction project: facing the long-distance tunnel construction, its ≥3.0m×3.0m applicable section and 2300mm machine height can be passed freely; ±50° maximum slewing angle with ≥2200mm digging distance, flexible cleanup of tunnel corners slag.
